we have 2 units in our home on the ocean-our main floor has 2 bedrooms & 1~nl~bath(sleeps 5)-our second floor has 1~nl~bedroom, 1 1/2 baths(sleeps 5)-also we~nl~have a basement bedroom(sleeps 3)for $50~nl~a night if needed-our home is fully~nl~equipped for you & your family to have a~nl~great vacation-we are the best price in~nl~all of puerto rico for what we offer-

we have a 7 day minimum-if you rent both~nl~units it is 5-we need a $500~nl~damage/security deposit per unit(fully~nl~refundable)-no smoking or pets-the $100~nl~cleaning fee per unit is waived if you~nl~clean up yourself(laundry too)-all the~nl~supplies are there to make it easy-check~nl~out our site for our rental agreement-
