Our home is located on Butternut Lane, an easy walk or bike ride to ~nl~the village mall in Sunriver. At 1578 square feet, Butternut Retreat ~nl~boasts two large bedrooms and two bathrooms on the bottom floor and a ~nl~spacious upstairs with kitchen, living room and dining area. We've ~nl~added special touches to our home such as decorating the bedrooms ~nl~after two local landmarks (The River Room and The Volcano Room), ~nl~having high speed internet connection, and providing a port a crib ~nl~and high chair for those traveling with a young child. There is a ~nl~brand new hot tub on the deck and 4 bikes available for use. We have ~nl~tried to make our home the perfect vacation site for those looking to ~nl~relax and get away from it all. ~nl~~nl~The upstairs of Butternut Retreat is all windows! Light streams into ~nl~the living room, dining room and kitchen so you can truly enjoy the ~nl~beautiful area you are in.

The second bedroom ~nl~is the Volcano Room decorated after the many volcanoes in the Central ~nl~Oregon and Northwest United States. The room is decorated with ~nl~volcano pictures, lava lamp and books on volcanoes for both kids and ~nl~adults. There is a queen size bed, reading lamps, alarm clock, TV, ~nl~and VCR.
