10.5% taxes and $75 cleaning fee.
Security deposit is $500 and required to reserve the house, payable by credit card.
25% of balance due within 10 days by personal check or bank cashier's check with signed lease agreement.
Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival by personal check or bank cashier's check
