Beachhouse amenities include central heat and air conditioning, European bidet, ceiling fans in all rooms, Satellite TV, SurroundSound Stereo, CD player, DVD (in TV), Two hammocks, library, piano, BBQ grill and smoker, two king size beds, two twins, beachchairs, beach towels and all linens included, free dock slip available for boat rental, outside "beach" shower, two screened porches with al fresco dining. Rental also includes cleaning fee. |

Little Gasparilla Island is served by two water taxis so getting back to the mainland is never a hassle. Boat rentals are available at nearby marinas. Ours is a non-smoking home and we request that there be no smoking in the beachhouse. |
