The bedrooms in this home are divided with 2700 total Sq. Ft.The home has large vaulted ceilings 2 indoor solariums and is a newer home with all the amenities such as is,linen,cookware included. The home is only 15 minutes to the beaches of Sanibel, estero Island. 1/2 rent is due on booking, the other 1/2 payment is due on arrival. After booking you will receive a rental agreement to be filled out, signed and sent to me with a check to secure your reservation.
